Refund and Cancellation Policy
How cancelling works and when we give refunds.
Last updated: 4 October 2026
This policy is part of the Terms of Service between you and Autonomiqa.
Cancel any time from your account settings. No call or email needed. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. Fees for a period already paid are not refunded, but mistaken, duplicate or unauthorised charges are refunded in full.
1. Plans and billing
- Plans: Bring your own leads (US$20/month), Starter (US$49/month), Growth (US$99/month) and Enterprise (price agreed in writing). Add-ons are billed with your plan.
- Billing: subscriptions are billed in advance through Razorpay and renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel.
- Taxes: prices exclude GST and other applicable taxes.
- No free trial: instead, you can start on the US$20 Bring your own leads plan and run a real campaign for a month.
- We never receive or store full card numbers, CVV or UPI PINs. These go directly to Razorpay.
2. How to cancel
- Go to Account Settings → Billing and cancel. No future charges will be made.
- Your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for. After that, the subscription ends.
- Can't log in? Email support@autonomiqa.co from your registered email address with the subject "Cancel subscription". We may ask for details to confirm the account is yours. We will never ask for passwords or payment credentials by email.
3. Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable. You keep access for the full period you paid for, so cancelling does not refund that period, and we don't refund partly used periods.
We will refund where:
- Duplicate charge: refunded in full
- Mistaken charge: refunded in full
- Unauthorised payment: refunded in full once our investigation confirms it
- We end your subscription without cause: we refund the unused part of the current period, pro rata
- The law requires it
Section 4 explains exactly what duplicate, mistaken and unauthorised charges mean.
We do not refund where:
- You changed your mind, or didn't use Autonomiqa during a period you paid for
- Your account was terminated for breaking the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
- LinkedIn, your email provider or another connected service restricts or suspends your account
- AI credit top-ups have been purchased, unless it was a duplicate, mistaken or unauthorised charge
4. What these terms mean
Duplicate charge: You are charged more than once for the same thing in the same billing period. For example:
- the same monthly subscription is charged twice;
- the same add-on or AI credit top-up is charged twice for one purchase.
Mistaken charge: An error by us or our payment system on a subscription you agreed to. For example:
- a renewal charge made after you had already cancelled;
- a charge for the wrong plan, add-on or amount (for example, the Growth price on a Starter plan);
- a new, higher price charged before the 30-day notice period ended;
- tax added twice or at the wrong rate.
Unauthorised payment: A payment that you, or someone authorised by your organisation, did not make or approve. For example:
- your card was used without your permission;
- someone without authority in your organisation subscribed or upgraded using a company card;
- your account was accessed by someone else, who made a purchase.
What these terms do not cover: A charge is not duplicate, mistaken or unauthorised if:
- it is a normal renewal at the correct price because you did not cancel before your renewal date;
- you made a change yourself, such as an upgrade or a top-up, and later regretted it;
- it is a price increase applied after the 30-day notice we gave you;
- it was made by someone in your organisation who had authority to make it.
How we check:
- Duplicate and mistaken charges are confirmed against our billing records and refunded as soon as confirmed.
- Unauthorised payments are investigated with our payment provider before a refund is made. We may ask for information that helps confirm the payment was not made by you or your organisation.
5. Upgrades and downgrades
- Upgrades take effect straight away. You pay the price difference for the rest of the current period, and the new price applies from your next renewal.
- Downgrades take effect at your next renewal. You keep your current plan until then, with no credit or refund for the difference.
- Before a downgrade, bring your usage within the lower plan's limits, including connected accounts. If you're still over the limit at renewal, we may disable the extra connected accounts, and we'll tell you before we do.
- Add-ons are tied to your plan and are cancelled when your plan is cancelled.
6. Failed payments
If a payment fails, we'll retry and let you know. If it's still unpaid after 7 days, we may suspend access. Suspension does not cancel your subscription. To stop future charges, cancel as described in Section 2.
7. How refunds are paid
- Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. We can't refund to a different method.
- Razorpay usually settles refunds within 5–7 business days; your bank or card issuer may take longer to show it.
- Refunds are made in the currency of the original charge. We're not responsible for exchange-rate changes or bank charges.
8. Questions and disputes
- Email support@autonomiqa.co with the subject "Billing". We acknowledge within 24 hours and aim to resolve within 7 business days.
- Please contact us before raising a chargeback, as most billing issues are fixed faster directly. This does not limit your right to contact your bank, card issuer or any authority.
- Not satisfied? Write to our grievance contact at support@autonomiqa.co with the subject "Grievance".
- How we handle personal data during billing and refunds is explained in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We give 30 days' notice of material changes, unless the law or an urgent security or legal need requires a shorter period. Changes never apply to charges already made.
