Terms of Service

The rules for using Autonomiqa.

Last updated: 4 October 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("Customer" or "you") and Autonomiqa ("Autonomiqa", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of autonomiqa.app. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy. If you accept on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you can bind it, and "you" means that organisation.

Important: Autonomiqa is a tool, not a guaranteed outcome. We do not promise any number of leads, replies, meetings or sales. You are responsible for who you contact and what you send.

1. Our services

Autonomiqa is business-to-business software for AI-assisted outbound sales. It lets you:

  • Target: define your ideal customer and buying signals
  • Source: find business contacts through third-party data providers, or upload your own
  • Write: generate outreach messages and follow-ups with AI
  • Send: run campaigns over the LinkedIn and email accounts you connect
  • Measure: see campaign results and, on higher plans, which audiences respond

2. Business use only

Autonomiqa is for business use. It is not offered to consumers, and you must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

3. Your account

  • Give accurate registration details and keep them up to date.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Turn on multi-factor authentication.
  • Do not share logins, exceed your plan's limits, or open extra accounts to get around them.
  • Tell us immediately at support@autonomiqa.co if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Plans and payments

  • Plans: Bring your own leads (US$20/month), Starter (US$49/month), Growth (US$99/month) and Enterprise (price agreed in writing). Plan features and limits, including connected accounts, are shown on our pricing page.
  • Add-ons and AI credits: add-ons are billed with your plan. Extra AI credits are one-time top-ups.
  • Billing: subscriptions are billed in advance through Razorpay. We never receive or store your card or UPI credentials.
  • Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel any time in your account settings; access continues to the end of the paid period.
  • Price changes: we give at least 30 days' notice of a price increase. If you don't accept it, cancel before your renewal date.
  • Failed payments: we may suspend access if a payment is not resolved within 7 days.
  • Taxes: prices exclude GST and other applicable taxes, which are added where required.
  • No free trial: we do not offer a free trial.

5. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Subscription fees are not refunded for a period you have already paid for, but we refund duplicate, mistaken or unauthorised charges in full.

6. Your content and data

  • You own your data. That includes what you upload, the prospect data processed for you and the messages you send.
  • You give us a limited licence to host, process and transmit that content to provide the service, and to use aggregated statistics that do not identify anyone to improve it.
  • AI reply assistant: you allow us to use message threads sent and received through your connected accounts, including replies from your prospects, to provide and improve our AI reply assistant. For your account, the assistant learns from your conversations. To improve it for all customers, we use only de-identified data: names, contact details, profile links, identification numbers and company and product names are removed, and conversations that cannot be reliably de-identified are discarded, so the result does not identify any person or customer. You can ask us to exclude your account from cross-customer improvement at any time by emailing support@autonomiqa.co with the subject "AI opt-out". Details are in our Privacy Policy.
  • Your notice to prospects: you are responsible for telling the people you contact, in line with applicable law, that their replies may be processed by AI tools, and for honouring their opt-outs.
  • You confirm you have the right to use the contact data you bring and to ask us to process it.
  • How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. If you need a Data Processing Addendum, write to support@autonomiqa.co.

7. Acceptable use

Your use must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, you agree NOT to:

  • Contact people you have no right to contact, or anyone who has opted out
  • Send deceptive, misleading, harassing or unlawful messages
  • Upload sensitive personal data, government ID numbers or data about anyone under 18
  • Get around sending limits, security controls or other customers' data
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape or resell the platform without written permission

Follow the law where your recipients are. You must comply with the privacy and anti-spam laws of every country you contact people in, not only Indian law. These include, where they apply:

  • the GDPR and UK GDPR, and the UK's Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR);
  • the US CAN-SPAM Act: every commercial email must identify you, include your valid postal address and carry a working unsubscribe link;
  • Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and Australia's Spam Act 2003, which generally require consent or a closely related business reason before you send.

Our compliance warnings help, but they are not legal advice. Our Acceptable Use Policy has more detail. If you need a Data Processing Addendum, including Standard Contractual Clauses, for data from the EEA or UK, write to support@autonomiqa.co with the subject "DPA request".

We may warn, suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, without notice where recipients, shared sending infrastructure or security are at risk.

8. Third-party services

  • Autonomiqa relies on third-party services, listed on our Sub-processors page. Your connected LinkedIn and email accounts remain subject to those providers' own terms.
  • LinkedIn's User Agreement restricts automated activity. Using Autonomiqa's LinkedIn features is at your own discretion and risk. We are not responsible if LinkedIn or your email provider restricts, suspends or closes your account, and that is not a reason for a refund.
  • Prospect data comes from third-party providers and may be incomplete or out of date. Check it before you rely on it.

9. Intellectual property

The platform, its software, models, prompts, design, documentation and branding belong to us or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers them to you. You may use the platform only for your own internal business purposes, and you may run outreach for your own clients only if you stay responsible for their compliance with these Terms. If you send us feedback, we may use it freely.

10. Availability and support

  • We aim to keep Autonomiqa available but do not commit to an uptime level under these Terms. Enterprise customers may agree one in writing.
  • We give advance notice of planned maintenance where practical, and at least 30 days' notice before removing a major feature.
  • Support is by email at support@autonomiqa.co, during business hours, Indian Standard Time.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

Autonomiqa is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, about:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • The accuracy of prospect data or AI-generated content
  • The results of any campaign

Compliance warnings and checks in the product are helpful prompts, not legal advice, and do not make your outreach lawful by themselves.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or anything that cannot be limited by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Autonomiqa harmless from claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, the content of your outreach, the data you bring to the platform, and any claim by a message recipient or by a third-party platform whose terms you broke.

14. Termination

  • You can cancel any time in your account settings.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for a serious breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, for non-payment, or where the law requires it.
  • When your access ends, you can export your data until the end of the paid period. After that, data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy. Please export what you need before your access ends.
  • Sections 6, 9, 11, 12, 13 and 15 survive termination.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of Autonomiqa is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

16. General

  • Force majeure: neither party is liable for failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
  • Assignment: you may not transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer them as part of a merger, sale or restructuring of our business.
  • Severability: if any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
  • No waiver: not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it.
  • Entire agreement: these Terms, with the policies linked above, are the whole agreement between us on this subject.
  • Notices: we send notices to your registered email; send yours to support@autonomiqa.co.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date shows the current version. We give at least 30 days' notice of material changes by email or in the app. If you don't accept them, cancel before they take effect; continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
